“We love because he first loves us.” 1 John 4:19; “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13; “Do everything in love.” 1 Corinthians 16:14. There are many verses in the bible that talk about love. As we enter February, the month of Valentine’s Day, when our culture celebrates love in many different ways, let us not forget the greatest love of all, the love of our Savior Jesus Christ… “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, so that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16.
