Tuition payments can be paid either annually or monthly. The annual payment offers a percentage discount and is due by July 10 or ten days after the date of the first billing. Monthly payments are due on the first of the month and considered past due after the tenth of the month.
Electronic payments can be processed through Tuition Express. Electronic payment is the preferred method and is most convenient for families. Physical payments can be mailed to or dropped off at the Grace Early Childhood Center office. Please note: physical payments will no longer be accepted after July 31, 2024.

Resources & Forms
Parent Handbook
At the Grace Early Childhood Center, we partner with parents as they raise bright, God-loving children. One way we do that is through the resources and information in our parent handbook. We require each parent to read through it carefully as part of the application process. You can access a digital copy or request a physical copy at the Grace Early Childhood Center office.
Food Menu
In our full-day program, we serve a hot lunch that includes a protein, grain, vegetable, fruit, and milk every day. We also provide morning and afternoon snacks. We strive to provide food that is delicious as well as wholesome and nutritious. The food menu is available to infants once they begin eating table food at approximately 12 months. A current copy of the food menu is posted online and in the Grace Early Childhood Center lobby. If you have any questions about our menus or ingredients, please call the Grace Early Childhood Center office (614-333-0045).
