Enrollment Options for Your Child

Request Enrollment Availability for the Current Academic Year
If you would like to request enrollment availability for your child, click here to fill out and submit the online form. Once this form is submitted, our office staff will review your request. Following our weekly enrollment meeting, we will send you an email explaining your options and next steps. Please keep in mind, we will process all requests in the following priority order:
- Current Students & Their Siblings
- Grace Polaris Church Members & Attenders
- Open Enrollment Families
Re-Enrollment for the Next Academic Year
Re-enrollment is now open for families currently enrolled and wishing to return for the next academic year. Please complete the re-enrollment packet and submit it along with your $150 online, non-refundable fee.
Please check your email or stop by the ECC office for more information.

New Enrollment for the Next Academic Year
Interested in enrolling your child in one of our programs at the Grace Early Childhood Center for the coming academic year? Click here to request a packet. Be sure to write “Requesting New Enrollment” in the message section.

Our infant, toddler, and preschool programs are open to children six-weeks–pre-kindergarten, with multiple options available:
Full-Day Program for Infants, Toddlers, & Preschoolers (7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)
- Mondays–Fridays
- Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays
- Tuesdays & Thursdays
Half-Day Program for Preschoolers (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.)
- Mondays–Fridays
- Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays
- Tuesdays & Thursdays
Full-Day & Half-Day Pre-K+ (7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.)
This program is available for students who have completed a four-year-old preschool program and are Kindergarten-eligible but whose parents would like another year of pre-school. The child must be five years old by September 30.

- Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
Parents of infants: Once your child has enrolled in the Grace Early Childhood Center, your child’s new teacher will call you to set up a meet-and-greet, which usually lasts about one hour.
Parents of toddlers: Once your child has enrolled in the Grace Early Childhood Center, you may request a meet-and-greet. Please contact us for more information.
Parents of preschoolers: Please note that all preschoolers need to be fully potty trained prior to starting preschool. At the ECC we consider a child to be potty trained if they can:
- Go to the bathroom independently, without an adult present in the bathroom for assistance,
- Communicate that they need to go to the bathroom,
- Take care of all bathroom needs independently,
- Are not having regular accidents, and
- Are not wearing pull-ups or diapers, even for nap times.
We are unable to make exceptions for this.
The Fun in the Son Summer Program
- Sibling of currently-enrolled full-day Grace Early Childhood Center students.
- Recent alumni of the Grace Early Childhood Center.
- Attend Worthington Christian School.
