Notices
Alerts
To help us better communicate closings and delays in a timely and efficient manner, we use a text alert system to notify parents and staff of any closures by sending them a text. You can sign up to receive these messages in the ECC office. Once you follow the instructions, you will then be on our list to receive text messages informing you of closings and delays at the ECC. You can cancel text alerts at any time. If you have any questions, please stop by or contact the office.
Pick-Up Reminder
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions the same parent must drop-off and pick-up for the day. If there are extenuating circumstance that require someone different to pick-up, this person MUST stop by the office when they arrive to have their temperature taken. Masks are required at drop-off and pick-up; face shields are not an acceptable face covering per ODJFS. We appreciate your cooperation as we continue to do all we can to maintain a healthy center during this time.
Thanksgiving Care Package Collection
Each year we team up with Grace Polaris Church to help collect food for those in need of a Thanksgiving meal. You can participate by helping your child choose non-perishable items from the holiday baskets shopping list. Items should be placed in the basket outside of your child’s classroom. We will begin collecting food on Monday, November 2 and continue through Tuesday, November 24.
Box Tops for Education
Box Tops for Education is even easier to use! Just download the Box Tops for Education app on your phone, select Grace Early Childhood Center as your school, and scan your grocery receipt! Box Tops clipped from items will still be accepted in the office.
